1 - Monday, August 4 – Brantford - Dayton, Ohio (D) Departures from Brantford and Guelph/KW/Cambridge with pick-up locations en route. Travel to Dayton, Ohio with dinner followed by entertainment provided in our Dayton Hotel by
Memphis Motion and friends. Drury or Hampton Inn or similar. Tonight we practice for our recording contract at the RCA Studio in Nashville, where Elvis, Buddy Holly and many more stars recorded their famous hits. Musical direction by Memphis Motion.
2 - Tuesday, August 5 – Dayton, Ohio (B, D) Breakfast included. Swimming pool in hotel and shopping beside the hotel. Today we explore the treasures of Dayton, Ohio. Morning visit for car enthusiasts to America’s Packard Museum or visit the Esther Price Candy factory. Lunch today will be on your own either at
The Greene Shopping Center
or at the United States Air Force National Air Museum,
one of the world’s most complete collections of aircraft – a must see for flight enthusiasts and non-enthusiasts alike. Dayton Area musical entertainment and dinner tonight, in preparation for Nashville, Tennessee.
3 - Wednesday, August 6 – Nashville, Tennessee (B) Today we travel to Tennessee and the famous Opryland Hotel, which will be your home for the next 3 nights. We stop along the way for lunch before arriving at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville, doing a short driving tour through the downtown before arriving at our destination. In addition to the incredible indoor landscaping, countless restaurants and bars are available for your pleasure — explore this hotel wonderland. Dinner on your own.
4 - Thursday, August 7 – Nashville, Tennessee (B, D) Breakfast at Water’s Edge marketplace in the hotel. We then visit RCA Studio B - History of Studio (Elvis, Buddy Holly, and more) & Record in Music City as a group, and then each person can purchase the group’s musical debut for $4.00/CD. Visit the Country Music Hall of Fame and experience the History of Country Music. Enjoy lunch at the famous Wild Horse Saloon, an award winning BBQ lunch, and then learn how to line dance. Be our Special Guest Performers as we play your RCA Studio B recording for all of our guests. Tonight experience the General Jackson Dinner cruise viewing the dynamic city of Nashville—overnight at the Opryland Hotel.
5 - Friday, August 8 – Nashville, Tennessee (B) After breakfast, you have options galore: visit the Tennessee Walking Horse viewing area and museum recognized as the
world's greatest show, trail, and pleasure horse. Take a tour of the Opryland Botanical Gardens, spectacular gardens under glass, enjoying a colorful and fragrant display of breathtaking flora and fauna envied by horticulturists worldwide, or board one of 5 Delta River Flatboats on the scenic indoor river—inside the hotel, and learn about the hotel's Delta Island that features an 85-foot fountain, three waterfalls, and numerous shops and restaurants. For still others there is the Mills Outlet Shopping Mall next door or just relax in any one of the several swimming pools on site. Tonight you will attend the famous Opryland Theatre for a performance of country and western music you will not soon forget. Overnight at the Opryland Hotel – of course!
6 - Saturday, August 9 – Nashville, Tennessee – Cincinnati - Dayton Breakfast and then off to Dayton where we overnight. But wait, you cannot return to Dayton without first stopping at the famous
Jungle Jim’s Shopping and Entertainment complex just outside Cincinnati. Lunch on your own and then off to our hotel in Dayton where you will have time to buy lunch at any number of restaurants around our hotel. Overnight in Dayton at the Drury Inn or Hampton Inn or similar hotel.
7 – Sunday, August 10 – Dayton – Brantford Breakfast is included and today we set off for home, stopping once along the way at Young’s Jersey Dairy you will be amazed at what one Jersey cow started many years ago. Lunch on your own, with the best milk shakes in Ohio. The border, Duty Free shop and then home. Yes in 2008 you will likely need a passport but with the strong Canadian dollar, your trip will more than make up for the inconvenience of getting a passport – but then again, once you have it – the world is your oyster and you can go anywhere – well, almost anywhere. We drop-you-off as we end our most Excellent Musical and Shopping Adventure.

Your deposit is required to reserve a place on the
tour and is fully refundable if the tour is cancelled by CanAmera Specialty
Tours.
We will register tour participants in the sequence we
receive them. You will be contacted in January of 2008 or sooner to confirm
your participation. Confirmed participants will be sent an invoice and payment
schedule.
Tour confirmation: CanAmera Specialty Tours
will confirm the tour, based on required number of participants, on March
28, 2008.
Cancellation Policy
If CanAmera cancels the tour due to
insufficient registration, all deposits and payments will be fully refunded. If
you cancel by January 25, 2008 your deposit is fully refundable. Deposit is
non-refundable after Jan. 25, 2008. Important Note on Travel to the United States of America
Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are permitted to travel to the USA and that they have all necessary documentation to do so. In the year 2008,
passports will become mandatory (unless the US and Canadian government come to some kind of political agreement before
then).
Neither CanAmera Specialty Tours, Memphis Motion, suppliers of services for this tour, their staff, nor their associates, will be held liable or responsible for any arrangements, costs or expenses incurred in the event a guest is refused entry to the USA or to Canada upon return, by US or Canadian Customs & Immigration. This applies if the
participant is lacking proper documentation or for any other reason. In the event this should occur, tour costs are non-refundable and the guest is responsible for arranging their own transportation home.
